About Us
West Oz was established in 2000 by JL Westberry and CE Ozwald. West Oz is located in downtown Charleston close to the College of Charleston. The owners graduated from College of Charleston and try to provide nights just for the students. The elaborate decor and 3 level nightclub provide for a great night out on the town. The venue features an open air bar on the third level, and a large scale stage on every floor. Each floor has a specific theme that is dedicated to a different time period. CE and JL tried to provide a nice escape to just relax and enjoy music.
Anyone can get in as long as they are 18 yrs. or older unless they are attending a concert.
We are only open on Sundays if we have a concert booked.When there are concerts, the prices vary depending on ticket prices, and there is always a $3 cover charge for those under 21.

$6.00 - Mondays-Thursdays
$5.00 - Fridays
$4.00 - Unbooked Saturdays are Salsa Saturdays
